Generally, during the accelerating process of construction machinery large inertia hydraulic swing system, a lot kinetic energy is accumulated, and it will be eventually dissipated through relief valve orifice decelerating process, which results in serious waste overflow loss. In order to solve this problem, new dual source motor with non-uniform flow distribution proposed, can drive high-frequency mechanism efficiently. The has two groups oil inlet outlet, corresponding different displacement. outlet are respectively connected recovery unit main driving unit. During starting assists together, so that output torque loss reduced; braking recovers energy. Finally, integrated control direct utilization realized. research, 38 t excavator taken as research object. Firstly, multi-body dynamics electro-hydraulic simulation model system established, accuracy verified by experiments. Then effects accumulator working pressure displacement ratio on performance were simulated. show increasing, time, maximum angular velocity time increase. Compared original when α 0.6, comprehensive best, pump reduced 48.6% 46.6% full load no-load operation.
